Nothing is agreed until it is signed
No engagement, price, scope, or timeline exists between us until we both sign a statement of work. Fees for the diagnostic and for any phase are set in that document.
Using the form
Use the form to describe your own business or one you are authorized to speak for. Do not submit other people’s personal information, and do not use the form to probe, overload, or abuse the service. We limit how often the form can be used, and we may block use that looks automated.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Red Spruce Labs LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Signed statements of work carry their own terms, and those govern the work itself.
The portal
Portal access is by invitation, for people at companies we work with. Keep the email account you sign in with secure, and do not share the links in sign-in emails. Access can be removed at any time.
